Resolved 8 1 Engineering John Thomas 1/14/25 12:12 PM Comment In order for the Engineering Department to support the variance to exceed the allowable lot coverage, stormwater detention measures must be engineered and installed in accordance with the City's Stormwater Technical Standards manual, or a $6,000 contribution to the City's thoroughfare plan can be made. Please indicate how the project would like to proceed in response to this comment. Please note, if the project opts to install detention measures, they will need to be reviewed and approved prior to the engineering department supporting the variance to exceed allowable lot coverage. This comment will remain unresolved until those standards have been met or a commitment to contribute the $6,000 has been indicated in the applicant's response. Responded by: Andrew Wert - 1/21/25 2:40 PM With revisions to the site plan, lot coverage is still over the standard at 52.1%. We commit to a $6000 contribution to the City's Thoroughfare fund.
