Williams Scotsman is not responsible for site restoration upon removal of unit at tenninatioll of lease, unless otherwise
specwcally detailed in this quotation.
Williams Scotsman is not responsible for changes required by local code or building inspectors.
Pricing is based on Williams Scotsman's standard labor rates and does not include union or prevailing wages unless stated.

COMMENT(S):
Customer hereby agrees to the above quoted prices and specifications. Customer further authorizes Williams Scotsman to make appropriate arrangements for tbe delivery offue
above described Equipment. UPOll delivery, and until a subsequent Lease Agreement is executed by Williams Scotsman (as Lessor) and Customer (as Lessee), the Standard
Williams Scotsman Leasing Terms and Conditions, which are incorpDnIted by reference herein, will govern this transaction.
The itetm described above comprise the Equipment, which the Customer desires to lease from Williams Scotsman. All equipment is subject to availabi~ity. Physical
Damage and Commercial Liability Insurance coverage are required beginning on the date of the Equipment's Delivery. In addition to the above quoted prices,
customer shall also pay to Williams Scotsman any local, state, federal, or personal property taxes and/or any fees related to the Equipment and/or its use. (If
taxes and/or fees are quoted above, they arc subject to change based on delivery address.) Payment terms are Det 10 days. Permits, footings, steps, site prepamtion,
electrical, and plumbing connections are not included in the quoted price unless specifically stated.
