It is going to sit on lot 20 of Grandin Hall. The addresses for that lot have been assigned, and the subdivision is released for permitting. This is on one of the furthest areas in the subdivision and the subdivision is brand new. (right now, they only have 1 house, what will be the model) under construction. I was not sure if you wanted us to go ahead with this address, or if you wanted a temporary : one assigned, as the subdivision is so new. I told them I would check with you. As long as their infrastructure is up and the streets are well marked, I don't see it as a problem for them to use the officially assigned address for that lot.
