Mr. McCarty,
The plans submitted for this lot have the driveway encroaching into the side drainage easement. You must
approach the City Engineer, Gary Duncan
(571-2441), to obtain a "consent to encroach" to permit this driveway in said easement. Until you have obtained
this approval we cannot issue the permit for construction.
Attached you will find a letter detailing this that has previously been sent to Pulte as well as our driveway policy.
