LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 18 North, Range
3 East in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 27; thence South 00
degrees 39 minutes 18 seconds West (an assumed bearing) along the West line of said Northeast
Quarter 183.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, said point also being the Southwest corner of a tract
of land conveyed to John E. and Hollis A. Vawter by Warranty Deed 836194 and recorded in Deed
Book 337 page 16 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, thence continue
South 00 degrees 39 minutes 18 seconds West along the West line of said Northeast Quarter 329.39
feet; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes 42 seconds East perpendicular to said West line 238.00
feet; thence North 00 degrees 39 minutes 18 seconds East parallel to said West line 331.81 feet to
the Southeast corner of said Vawter Tract; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 38 seconds West
parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter and along the South line of said Vawter Tract
