Second Principal Meridian, in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of said quarter section; thence North 90 degrees 00

1036.30 feet to a point in the center of Cool Creek and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
