I am respectfully submitting my fonnal application to you regarding a change of zoning
for the above referenced property. My wife, Kumiko Brunson, and I have owned this
property since late '97. It housed our insurance agency for several years and is currently
being used as a residential income property. It currently lies within the boarders of the
recent "Home Place Overlay District". It is our opinion that a rezone to accommodate a
small professional office (B-5) would better serve the needs of the Home Place
community .
The property has been well maintained and no structural changes are intended at this
time, although we are willing to comply with any requirements needed to affect this
request. Thank you for your nsideration.
