At the meeting held Monday, January 27th, 2025, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 11180
Westfield Blvd:
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: Story Cottage Senior Group Home Westfield Blvd.
• PZ-2024-00247 SE: Residential Special Exception for a Group Home granted.
• Condition: All outstanding ProjectDox review comments be addressed.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, along with the
conditions of approval, the aforementioned Special Exception approval is valid for twenty (20) years. The
expiration date of the approval is January 27th, 2045.
