SHOULD ANY DAMAGE TO THESE OCCUR, IT SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE PROJECT MANAGER IMMEDIATELY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BEAR THE COST OF REPLACEMENT OF THE ABOVE. 10.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RESTORE ALL PERIMETRAL CONDITIONS TO THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
