Please review the proposed Building signage and Awning design and locations.
Here’s a brief summary of the proposed improvements:
- All signs adhere to UDO sign standards.
- All signs are made of individual letters.
- The “BOVACONTI” sign is made of individual channel letters and is illuminated.
- The “NORTH HILL” sign is made of individual channel letters and is illuminated.
- The “PROPERTY GROUP” sign is made of individual letters and is not illuminated.
- All illuminated letters are face lit.
- All illuminated letters have returns and trim caps painted in PMS 7476 (dark green) and
the faces are covered in transparent vinyl in PMS 7464 (light green).
- All non-illuminated letters are painted in PMS 7476 (dark green).
- The raceway for the “BOVACONTI” sign is painted to match fascia.
- The raceway for the “NORTH HILL” sign is painted to match the building exterior.
- The mounting bar for “PROPERTY GROUP” is painted to match the building exterior.
- All awnings are covered in Sunbrella fabric in Aquamarine 6023.
