The zoning dictates that the minimum lot width is 120’. Is there a chance that we could apply for a variance to allow this new parcel to be 107.01’ wide? The existing garage is 5.4’ from the proposed property line which is listed in the accessory structure setback section of the ordinance as a 5’ minimum.
