Docket No. 06070019 ADLS Amend: Sky Bank - Sign age The applicant seeks approval for two new signs. The site is located at 3675 W 106th St and is zoned B-5. Filed by Tony George for the Sign Craft Industries. The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval for the installation two new wall signs at the subject location (to replace prior signage). Please see informational packet distributed with the agenda. The signs comply with the ordinance, but there is an outstanding issue with a commitment for the site that has not been fulfilled. At the original approval for this site a 10ft. perimeter path was to be installed along the 106th Street and Commerce Drive rights of way. The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request contingent upon the installation of the required pedestrian path. Note: This item only requires approval by committee.
