(A) Reference Monuments;
Monuments which control the lines and comers of the surveyed property ore those .coiled far on the recorded subdivision plat. The survey based on
street centerline monumente recovered and called for at the Intersectlon of Spruce Court and Spruce Drive along with a monument recovered at the
intersection of Spruce Drive and Hawthorn Drive. Monuments were found and verified at lot come~.
In this surveyor's opinion, the maximum uncertainty of the lines and camera of the surveyed parcels due to re.ference monuments Is ;1;;:0.25 feel
