Main St., Suite 104 Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Sign review and Approval Knell Boutique / Suite 104 Sophia Square / Carmel, Indiana Dear Christy, The façade sign design and blade sign design as rendered in your Artwork Proof dated 11/20/24 have been reviewed and approved by the Landlord Carmel Lofts LLC.. All final fabrication and installation details must also comply with the Sign Criteria noted in Exhibit B of the Lease between Carmel Lofts LLC and the Tenant Knell LLC, dated 10/17/2024. All dimensions must be field verified prior to final installation and such measurements are your responsibility. If any such measurements are found to be inaccurate upon installation, the removal of the material and reinstallation, per the Lease specifications, will also become your responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that all signs pass proper governmental zoning regulations. In addition, the Landlord requires a copy of the permit you receive from City of Carmel prior to installation.
