The proposed development is located on the south side of 146th Street and west side of Community Drive in Carmel, Indiana. We are requesting a waiver to remove the requirement to provide a 6-inch diameter subsurface drain under proposed curbs. We are requesting a waiver to replace the requirement that storm sewer be reinforced concrete pipe and to be replaced with HP double wall pipe. We are requesting a waiver to replace the requirement that water main pipe be ductile iron pipe and to be replaced with C900 pipe. We are requesting a waiver to replace the requirement that water service laterals be type K copper pipe and to be replaced with CTS pipe.
