At the meeting held on Monday, February 24, 2025, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 3006 E. 96th
Street.
DENIED: Tom Wood Powersports Sign Variance – Development Standards Variance request for:
PZ-2024-00224 V: 2 signs allowed (2 existing wall signs), 5 total signs denied (4 wall signs & 1 ground
sign).
