At the meeting held Monday, February 24, 2025, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Special Exception Renewal (SE) request filed by you for the
property located at 1032 E. Main Street:
APPROVED: PZ-2025-00022 SE - Thomas Short Term Residential Rental Renewal granted.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is Feb. 24, 2026.
