I am seeking a variance from a residential/commercial requirement to have
the entire building converted to commercial use. Preferred Funding is a
mortgage/real estate investment company with operating hours of9:00 am to
5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. The request~d conversion would allow the
three employees to work comfortably together and have all the necessary
files and paperwork available under one roof. There will be one employee
present 100% of the time, two employees present 75% of the time, and all
three employees present 25% of the time. Appointments are primarily held
out of the office: however, approximately one customer/vendor per week can
be expected. Preferred Funding is a low profile company that doesn't
produce much waste, as it is virtually paperless.
