The applicant seeks approval for three new wall signs.

This hotel is changing from Wyndham to Radisson. The applicant is requesting ADLS
Amendment a,pproval for three new wall signs.
The first sign will be on the north side ofthe building, facing Pennsylvania St. The applicant is
requesting 32.84 sq. ft., which is in compliance with the Sign Ordinance (50 sq. ft. is allowed).
The second and third signs will be on the east and west side of the building, respectively, facing
