Mr. Joseph Steffen 4984 Waterside Circle Carmel, IN 46033 Re: Steffen Pole Barn - 07060007 V - 07060009 V Dear Mr. Steffen: At the meeting held Monday, June 25, 2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 11739 Gray Road. DENIED: Docket Nos. 07060007 V through 07060009 V: Development Standards Variances for building height, location in front yard and exceeding square footage of principle dwelling. Please be advised that per Section 30.08.08: Review of the Decisions of the Hearing Officer of the Zoning Ordinance "a decision of a Hearing Officer may not be a basis for judicial review, but it may be appealed to the Board. The Board shall conduct a new hearing on the matter and shall not be bound by any Findings of Fact made by the Hearing Officer. A person who wishes to appeal a decision of the Hearing Officer must file the appeal with the Board within fourteen (14) days after the decision is made, as provided in I.C. 36-7-4-924."
