handing this off to Aliza Shalit, who will create a “child” case under the existing sign permit, as I had

Sorry for the confusion on the mockup. The windows will still be there, attached is the material
description of the new siding and a couple of pictures of Plainfield and Midtown. This is the
consistent look we are going for.

Thanks, Rob. Just trying to make sure I understand all the changes proposed before giving approval.
So, the center front section will change to have the windows removed and the new siding material
will be added (with new logo). But the rest of the 4 front “panels” will remain the current material and
color (circled in red below)? Then the back and sides (behind the panels) will be painted white,
correct? (white lined areas around the building below)

This is a mock up of the new branding. The siding will be Italian rosewood instead of the metal
siding. The sides and back of the building would be painted white. I'm not sure we can get the
look we want with "white" stain.

Oh, ok, thanks for letting me know. We typically don’t support painting of brick and actually
recommend staining. But you all have already done that. Is this for the back of the building only?
What, if any changes are proposed to the front? It looks like wood and metal panel. Am I looking at

Rachel,
We are wanting to do some maintenance to our facility at 1242 W 136th street. We are
planning on power washing, caulking and repainting. These are the colors we will be using
Sherwin-Williams SW7551 Greek Villa and SW7069 Iron Ore. The building will be white with
dark trim. Does this need a permit to be done?
Secondly, we are doing a rebranding that may require a permit, but our sign vendor will reach
