At the meeting held Monday, June 25, 2007, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at US 31 North and 146th
Street.
DENIED: Docket No. 07050029 V, Development Standards Variances for number of ground signs.
According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.05.04), it states: "After denial of a variance application,
special use application, zoning amendment or variance application concerning the same property shall not be ftled for a
period of six (6) months."
