DENIED: Docket No. 07050029 V, Development Standards Variances for number of ground signs. According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.05.04), it states: "After denial of a variance application, special use application, zoning amendment or variance application concerning the same property shall not be ftled for a period of six (6) months."
