The Real Estate is zoned pursuant to the Monon & Main PUD Ordinance No. Z-462-04. The Real Estate is located north of Main Street and west of Rangeline Road. The Applicant's business consists of an environmental consulting company and the Application seeks a development standards variance from Section 15.26 of the Monon & Main PUD Ordinance No. Z-462-04, to permit the operation of this office use of the 2nd and 3rd floors of Unit 2F.
