BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of
Carmel, Indiana ("BZA"), meeting on the 25th day of June, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the
Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold
a Public Hearing regarding a request for a development standards variance pertaining to the real
estate identified in Docket No. 07050027 V (the "Application") and said real estate (the "Real
Estate") is legally described as Unit 2F of the Monon & Main Planned Unit Development
District, and the common address of the Real Estate is 234 West Main Street, Carmel, Indiana
46032.
The Real Estate is zoned pursuant to the Monon & Main PUD Ordinance No. Z-462-04.
The Real Estate is located north of Main Street and west of Rangeline Road.
The Applicant's business consists of an environmental consulting company and the
Application seeks a development standards variance from Section 15.26 of the Monon & Main
PUD Ordinance No. Z-462-04, to permit the operation of this office use of the 2nd and 3rd floors
of Unit 2F.
Copies of the Application are on file for examination at the Department of Community
Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032, telephone 317/571-2417.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above-referenced
Application, either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-
mentioned time and place.
Written objections to the Application that are filed with the Department of Community
Services either prior to or at the Public Hearing will be considered and oral comments
concerning the Application will be heard at the Public Hearing.
The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
