It was my understanding that BCS was informed of this, but if not, I will send a short note to Sarah so she understands the additional windows are an improvement which would not re quire PC approval. When we recently requested a C of 0 for the tenant who will be occupying the space behind the northern elevation, Sarah Lillard, from Building and Code Services, observed the addition of 2 windows to the north elevation, and sent the attached email. For your ease of reference and comparison, I have also attached the permitted elevation and the construction elevation, showing the addition of 2 windows to the north elevation. In paragraph 3 of Sarah's email, she requests verification of the approval of the 2 additional windows. Per Sarah's email, the verification can be in the form of a letter or email from the Department indicating that the changes are ok and we do not need any further approval. It was my thought that the addition of 2 windows would not be viewed as detracting from the north elevation and that, consequently, this change might be approved administratively; however, of course, we will proceed as you direct.
