beginning and completing construction,

structures requested by this apphcation will comply with, and conform to, all applicable laws of the State of Indiana, and the "Zoning Ordinance of Carmel
Indiana - 1993'" (Z-289) and amendments, adopted uncler authority of LC.36;7 et seq, General Assembly of the State of Indiana, and all Acts amendatory
thereto. I also certify that only kitchen, bath, and floor drains are connected to the sanitary sewer. I further certify, under the penalties of Perjury (Indiana.

The additional windows were approved administratively. It was my understanding that BCS was informed of this,
but if not, I will send a short note to Sarah so she understands the additional windows are an improvement which
would not re quire PC approval.

Hi Mike,
The Fidelity on Meridian building has been constructed. When we recently requested a C of 0 for the tenant
who will be occupying the space behind the northern elevation, Sarah Lillard, from Building and Code
Services, observed the addition of 2 windows to the north elevation, and sent the attached email. For your ease
of reference and comparison, I have also attached the permitted elevation and the construction elevation,
showing the addition of 2 windows to the north elevation.
In paragraph 3 of Sarah's email, she requests verification of the approval of the 2 additional windows. Per
Sarah's email, the verification can be in the form of a letter or email from the Department indicating that the
changes are ok and we do not need any further approval.
It was my thought that the addition of 2 windows would not be viewed as detracting from the north elevation
and that, consequently, this change might be approved administratively; however, of course, we will proceed as
you direct. Please let me know. Thanks.
