1. The approva of the variance would not be injurious to the public health
safety, morals and general welfare of the community because:
The proposed retail center would be constructed in compliance with
all applicable building and health department codes. The proposed
devPlopment would not impede drainage or create a traffic hazard.

STATEMENT OF VARIANCE
Williams Realty Group is proposing to develop a 8,300 sqft multi use retail center
on Outlot 3 of the Weston Pointe retail development. The proposed building design
is a 117 foot X 71 foot footprint and would serve multiple tenants. The Ordinance
requires that an eight (8) foot relief be provided every 60 feet of fa~ade. This design
standard would create a disportionate building design with only 117 feet of front
fa~ade.
STATEMENT OF SUPPORT
William's architect proposes to create one (1) 3 foot relief and two (2) 1 foot relief
points on the front fa~ade and provide extensive landscaping.
