The proposed building design is a 117 foot X 71 foot footprint and would serve multiple tenants. The Ordinance requires that an eight (8) foot relief be provided every 60 feet of fa~ade. This design standard would create a disportionate building design with only 117 feet of front fa~ade. STATEMENT OF SUPPORT William's architect proposes to create one (1) 3 foot relief and two (2) 1 foot relief points on the front fa~ade and provide extensive landscaping.
