Dear Joe:
At the Cannel Plan Commission meeting held September 20, 2005, the following action was taken
regarding the Primary Plat and Subdivision Waivers for Laurel Ridge located at the southeast comer
of Ditch Road and West 106th Street, Carmel, Indiana.
APPROVED: Laurel Ridge Docket 05060043 Primary Plat and Subdivision Waivers as follows: Docket
Nos. 05060044, 05060045, 05060046, 05060047,05060049, and 05060050 (EXCLUSIVE OF
SW 05060048 Private Streets)
The Commission approved the request 8 in favor, none opposed, thereby granting the petition (exclusive of
SW 05060048 Private Streets)
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.

At the meeting of the Carmel Plan Commission held October 18, 2005, the Commission took the following action
regarding the Subdivision Waiver for Private Streets for Laurel Ridge located at the southeast comer of Ditch Road and
West 106th Street, Carmel.
APPROVED: Docket No. 05060048 SW: 8.09.02 - Laurel Ridge Private Streets. The Commission approved
the request by a vote of 8 in favor, two opposed (Dutcher and Heber) thereby granting the petition.
