APPROVED: Laurel Ridge Docket 05060043 Primary Plat and Subdivision Waivers as follows: Docket Nos. 05060044, 05060045, 05060046, 05060047,05060049, and 05060050 (EXCLUSIVE OF SW 05060048 Private Streets) The Commission approved the request 8 in favor, none opposed, thereby granting the petition (exclusive of SW 05060048 Private Streets) In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval. APPROVED: Docket No. 05060048 SW: 8.09.02 - Laurel Ridge Private Streets. The Commission approved the request by a vote of 8 in favor, two opposed (Dutcher and Heber) thereby granting the petition.
