Dear Mr. Tiberi:
At the meeting held Monday, December 13, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Special Use (SU) filed by you for the property located at the southwest comer of East 106st Street
and Hazel Dell Parkway:
APPROVED: Docket No. 04040024SU Special Use Applications for Special Use in the S-1 zone. The Board voted
four (4) in favor, one (1) opposed, thereby approving the petition:
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is December 13, 2005.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
Please provide the Department with a copy of the Commitments after they have been recorded.
