Docket No. 04060001 A Chafter 28.06 nonconforming uses The sites are located north of96t Street and west of Hazel Dell Parkway and/or north of 106th St. and west of Hazel Dell Pkwy. The site is zoned S-l/Residence - Low Intensity. Filed by Michael Hollibaugh, Director of the Carmel Dpt of Community Services. General Information: Appeal of a determination made by the Director of the Department of Community Services that, pursuant to Section 28.06 of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance, there is a question whether or not nonconforming uses exist on certain properties owned and/or controlled by Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., located north of 96th Street and west of Hazel Dell Parkway and/or north of 106th Street and west of Hazel Dell Parkway, and whether or not such uses are legal or illegal under such Ordinance. The premises in question are operated as mineral processing plants by Martin Marietta. . ..
