For scheduling final inspections, vou must call in at least one dav Drior to the date for which you are reauesting the InsD8ctlon. Commercial/Institutional pools are required to have a separate Final inspection by the Fire Marshall's office (317) 571-2600, and also possibly by the Urban Forestry Division (317) 571-2417. Please contact those offices to schedule those inspections or to determine if a final inspection by Forestry is required for your project. FOR THIS INSPECTION: This inspection IS to verify ALL aspects of Indiana State Law as it appears in the Indiana Swimming Pool Code; Second Edition, Effective October II, 2001 .
