'- r ~ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE A HEARING OFFICER OF THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS FOR THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA Docket Nos. 07060011 V and 07060023V NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Hearing Officer of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Carmel, Indiana, will hold a meeting ("BZA Hearing Officer Meeting") on the 23rd day of July, 2007, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council's Caucus Chambers, on the Second Floor of the Carmel City Hall building, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, regarding a request for certain development standards variances pertaining to the real estate identified in Docket Nos. 07060011V and 07060023V (collectively referred to as the "Application") and the real estate (the "Real Estate") that is the subject of the Application is legally described on what is attached hereto and incorporated l1erein by reference as Exhibit "A". The current zoning of the Real Estate permits the use that the Applicant is seeking.
