Preferred Funding is a mortgage/real estate investment company with operating hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. The requested conversion would allow the three employees to work comfortably together and have all the necessary files and paperwork available under one roof. There will be one employee present 100% of the time, two employees present 75% of the time, and all three employees present 25% of the time. Appointments are primarily held out of the office: however, approximately one customer/vendor per week can be expected.
