Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals, meeting on Monday,
February 27, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd floor of City Hall, 1 Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon a petition to seek special use
approval to establish surface limestone operations on 96.921:!: acres and an artificial lake on the
real estate located near the southwest corner of the intersection of 106th Street and Hazel Dell
Parkway, in the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, as more particularly described below
(and commonly referred to as "Mueller South").
