COMMENCING at the Northeast Corner of said BLOCK "K" (the next two (2) described
courses being along the East Line of said BLOCK "K"); thence South 00 degrees 11
minutes 59 seconds East (plat bearing) a distance of 246.01 feet to the Southeast
Corner of Replat Part Block "K", Lots 1 078-1 081 Village of West Clay Section 6001, the

As a follow up to the 6/20 submittal, I am enclosing 3 paper copies and 1 signed mylar for the Replat for VOWC Section 6001 Part of Block "K" Lots
1077-1074 for docket assignment and signature by Mike. Once you assign the docket number, I will return with the filing fee. This plat is planned to
go for signatures at the next available Board of Works meeting on July 9th. Please have Mike sign and I will deliver to Dick Hill by the Clerks Office
deadline of June 27th at 4:00pm today if possible.

Angie-
I just wanted to follow up on the Village of WestClay Section 6001 Part of Block K Lots 1077-1074 REPLAT and
application that I dropped off to you this past Wednesday, June 20.
As I indicated, I will submit the mylar signed by the subdivider, land surveyor, and address certification once I receive the
assigned docket number. I will also deliver the Replat Fee associated with the application.
Beazer is looking to have closings in early July, and we very much would like to make the July 9th Board of Works meeting
to record the plat. I also delivered copies to Dick Hill this past Wednesday and requested to be placed on the July 9th
agenda.
I would like to be able to have Mike Hollibaugh sign the Replat by this upcoming Wednesday, June 27th, so that I may
supply Dick Hill with the finalized mylar for his submission deadline.
Please forward any comments you may have, and issue the Docket Number so that I may provide you with the final mylar
and fees for your review and signature.
