As I indicated, I will submit the mylar signed by the subdivider, land surveyor, and address certification once I receive the assigned docket number. I will also deliver the Replat Fee associated with the application. Beazer is looking to have closings in early July, and we very much would like to make the July 9th Board of Works meeting to record the plat. I also delivered copies to Dick Hill this past Wednesday and requested to be placed on the July 9th agenda. I would like to be able to have Mike Hollibaugh sign the Replat by this upcoming Wednesday, June 27th, so that I may supply Dick Hill with the finalized mylar for his submission deadline.
