ing opened with the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
Roll Vias called and members present werel Dr. Dowell (arrived 7:05),
Terry Litvan, Rev. Saunders, Carl Geltz, Donna Skeens and Jerry York.
There were no additions or corrections to the minutes of the May 27 meet-
ing and Rev. Saunders moved that they be approved as submitted. Seconded by
Mrs. Skeens. Motion carried. '
rr:c. York read a letter from Board attorney, Pay Adler, (which is a part
of the official minutes and a ttached to the master copy), regarding the
Contral Indiana Lutheran Retirement Horne. Mr. Adler stated that the case
has been dismissed by the court and the ruling of the EZA stands.
Mrs. Li tvan questioned the large sign erected by old M(~ridian and John
y: irk Furni ture.
~/Jr. Anderson sta ted that it is an illegal use and tha t John Kirk has b(~en
notified that he is in violation of the ordinance. Mr. Anderson said that
;f!r. Kirk has requested an appeal which will be on the BZA agenda for July.

Filed by EdYl'ard Runyan.
A letter was received from Mr. Runyan requesting renevval. Mr. Runyan
~nade the presentation pointing out that this structure was never a home.
There are no complaints on file and lViI's. Skeens moved to renew BA 11.,t-'16
for a period of one year. Seconded by Mrs. Litvan. Motion carried.

be constructed in three (3) years, of which two (2) have expired.

A letter is on file requesting renev,'3.1. Mr. & I'v'lrs. Huckleberry were
present stating that they cannot build their home until Northern Beach is
disposed of and they request a Variance until they can build.
