Need permission from I.D.N.R. to excavate in flooway or floodplain. 2. Need to reduce sedimentation from project entering Carmel Creek. 3. Show limits of floodway and 100 year elevation on plans. 4. Will screening mounds be placed around perimeter of property? If so, show cross...section and seeding specifications fori mounds . Show mounds on plans. 5. Show right-of-way for Gray Road on plans.
