tion 6 to Section 7. Divided road pavement will ~e 18 feet each, curbed.

Petitioner seeks approval to build single family residence on 3.95 acre lot.
This is third parcel less than 5 acres to be subdivided Qut of original 37-acre
parcel since January 21, 1980. (Zoning Ordinance Z-160 D.efinition. Words and
Terms 3.6; also Subdivision Regulations, Definition 4.6 Subdivision.

o Have on file letter from Bruce Hamilton telling petitioner what kind of
septic system will be approved for this 3.9 acre parcel
o Petitioner will record 40 (1/2) road right-of-way along Cherry Tree Avenue
o Petitioners have requested curb cut approval from County Highway, County
will require underground pipe under entrance road for roadside drainage.

approved sign package for color from bronze to ivory non-illuminated plastic
letters mounted on a light-to-medium stained wood sign board and change the base
of The Centre identification signs from brick to bronze color metal.
PETITIONERS PRESENT: Not required to attend.
