Mr. Armstrong said that his main concern tonight 1s the tenant signs and
the ground sign can be tabled for now if necessary.
Lesser signage was discussed. ' '
, Mr. Annstrong said he feels they need this size signage in order to be
seen from Range Line Rd.
The signs are to be 75%01' the store ' coverage.
The ground sign was not included in the application for tonight.

The public hearing opened at 9.)6 with Mr. cannon making the presentation.
Mr. Cannon said they have been running into marketing problems because the
subdivision is not visible from 116tn'St.and they have no identification.
They request to put up a temporary identification si~n, 8' x 8' double
faced. A rendering was shown and a plot plan was shown to show the location
for the sign. ,
Mrs. Skeens moved that V 47-80 be approved as presented for 1 year.
Seconded by Dr. Dowell. '
The sign will not be lighted.

for an oversized sign, that is already u~ because they did not know a var-
iance was needed. The sign size is 128 sq. ft. and photos were shown.
The sign is single faced, unlighted and to be a permanent sign.
Mr. Geltz moved that V 48-80 be approved for a temporary period of 2 y~ars.
Seconded by Mrs. Skeens.
