Ii. Board to consider Docket No. 48-80, Renewable Variance Application for
128 sq. ft. sign: for, American Aggregates. Sign is locat,ed at approx.
4700 E. l16th St. in S-l zoning.
Filed by American Aggregates.
The petitioner was not present and this item was tabled until the next
meeting.
2i. Board to consider Docket No. V 49-84, Variance Application for Wilson
Village Condominiums to allow for reduction of required front yard to
allow for construction of carports. Project is located on east side
of S. Guilford Rd., south of Main St. in R-4zoning. Tabled at Octobel
meeting pendingTAC recommendation. Filed by Dennis Dawson.
Mr. Dawson, 64 Drury Hill ct., was present.
Mr. Kiphart gave the Technical Advisory Committee report (Which is a part
of the official minutes ana attached to the master copy). Based on the re-
commendations of the Fire hiet' and Mr. Kiphart, there is to be no fence on
the north side and not heavily landscaped or fenced at the end fo-r vision and
not'fenced or landscaped on the south end to keep visibility open.
Mrs. Book moved that V 49-84 be granted as requested per recommendations
made by the Fire Chief and Mr. Kiphart.
Seconded by Dr. Dowell.
Finding of fact was completed by members.
Motion carried J to O.
There being no further business to come before the Board, Dr. Dowell
moved to adjourn.
Seconded by Mrs. Book.
Meeting adjourned at 9:24.
