It is the current site of the Walden book store and is part of the Centre Shopping Center. The approvals requested are those needed to redevelop the Walden book store into a bank. In that the real estate is zoned B-3, these approvals include the following: 1. ADLS amend approval from the Special Studies Committee; 2. Development Plan amend approval from the Plan Commission; and 3. Development standards variances from the Board of Zoning Appeals. To this end, our request for Development Plan amend approval is pending before the Plan Commission, our development standards variances will be reviewed by the Board of Zoning Appeals on June 24, 2002, and on July 2, 2002, we will present to the Special Studies Committee our revised submission for ADLS approval. In response to the comments received from the Special Studies Committee on May 24, 2002, the building has been revised. In order to provide a complete submittal, however, all relevant drawings are included. We look forward to presenting this to you on July 2, 2002.
