State Release # 328009 conditions RE:
1. Plans/specs for revised fire
suppression system shall be filed.
2. No addition/alteration/repair shall
reduce existing exit capacities to less
than that required per code.
3. The required fire barrier shall have
a minimum fire~resistive construction as
specified per code.
4. Buildings shall be accessible to
persons with disabilities, per code.
5. No change in the character or use of
any building/structure shall be
permitted which shall cause the building
or structure to be classified within a
different occupancy group or within a
different division of the same occupancy
group, unless such a building/structure
complies with or is made to comply with
the current rules of the Indiana Fire
Prevention & Building Safety Commission
for new construction for the proposed
revised use 01 the building, per code.
6. Buildings that are heated or
mechanically cooled shall be constructed
so as to provide the required thermal
performance of various components.
7. Exterior walls shall have fire~
resistance ratings per code.
8. Except in dwelling units, a floor
drain shall be installed in a toilet
room containing two or more water
closets or a combination of one water
closet and one urinal, per code.
