Availability (acreage) Fees must be paid after all other Engineering Department requirements have been satisfied and prior to start of construction activities (the exception is that you are allowed to move dirt on site). Availability Fees are based upon total platted acreage for the development at the rate ofSl,01O.00 per acre for Water Availability and $1,365.00 per acre for Sanitary Sewer Availability. Connection Fees are $1,310.00 per single-family residence and $795.00 per single- family residence. Connection Fees are paid when the infrastructure has been completed, satisfactory test results obtained and the subdivision has been released for pennits. Connection Fees are paid on a lot-to-Iot basis. PROJECT COMMENTS Sheet 3 II. It appears that there will be open pavement cuts required in existing dedicated streets. One area is located in the pavement area of Valley brook Place in the Briar Cove subdivision. This cut is required to provide sanitary sewer service to Williams Ridge. The other location is in the pavement area of eastbound I 16th Street, close to the curb line on the south side of the street. This cut is required to provide water service to Williams Ridge. These pavement cuts will require prior Board of Public Works and Safety approval. Please provide a detailed plan for both cuts, including a traffic control plan for I 16th Street. Please designate existing right of way lines as existing right of way on ail sheets. 13. The pipe designation for the run of pipe from storm structure 711 to 712 is pointing to the wrong run of pipe. 14. The following issues need to be addressed and plans updated accordingly. 1. Remove signature block for the Hamilton County Commissioners. 2. Add signature block for the Carmel Board of Works and Safety. 3. Add Primary and Secondary Plat Docket numbers to sheet I (70-02 PP & 71-02 SP.) 4. Add a source of title and instrument number to sheet 1. 5. Remove street address note from the legend. Addresses are not required on a secondary plat. 6. Revise Legend and add to each sheet where appropriate: The monuments and markers should be as required under Section 8.2 of the SCO. a. Add concrete monuments at all comers that form the boundary of the plat, as required under SCO 8.2.1. b. Add monuments at the beginning and ending of all curves along street centerlines, as required under SCO 8.2.2. 7. Provide construction grade landscape plan as approved by Scott Brewer, DOCS Urban Forester. 8. Provide a copy of the covenants and restrictions. 9. Have Mylar signed by property owner and surveyor (with R.L.S. seal) prior to signature by director. 10. Please make the signature page the last sheet in the secondary plat set. Please submit a revised Secondary Plat with the above-mentioned changes. Once these changes have been made and comments addressed, please produce a Mylar copy for signature by this Department. Two paper copies of the plat must be filed with the Mylar prior to recording, and three paper copies and a Mylar of the recorded plat must be submitted following recording.
