The original building permit was issued September 2004 and expired two years later (2006). This I project completion is long over-due (and over budget). ' I request to extend the permit through October 31, 2007 to complete the project. I have been delayed in completion as I am doing the work myself, rather than finance the project. Please advise if I need to provide any additional information, and if their will be additional charges. Also, three Complaint and Summons have been issued related to the house, including unfinished walls and lack of gutters. I have contracted to install roof and new gutters (see attached). Any assistance or guidance you can provide is appreciated.
