Docket No. 07070022 ADLS Amend: State Farm Insurance - Signage The applicant seeks approval for I new wall sign. The site is located at 4370 Weston Pointe Dr. Ste. 140 and is zone~ B-2/Business. Filed by Garrett Wietholter of State Farm Insurance Company. The applicant seeks committee approval to erect a wall sign. The business is located within the Weston Pointe retail development, in the northeast comer of the site. The maximum sign area allowed for this tenant space is 50 sq. ft. The sign is an existing sign from a previous location, and the applicant would like to utilize this sign in the new location. To meet the 50 sq. ft. requirement, a new logo is being constructed to comply with the Sign Ordinance. The logo comprises of 8.6% of the total sign area, which is well under the 25% logo requirement. The sign package for this particular building does not restrict colors; therefore the applicant's pre-existing red sign is an acceptable color. Note: This item only requires final approval by this committee. The Department of Community Services recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after all comments and concerns have been addressed
