The following revisions have been made: -The previously proposed EIFS Stucco at the bottom of the "bump outs" was replaced with the cultured stone that is shown on the wainscot areas elsewhere on the building. -The building signs were previously exposed neon tubing, which is not permitted by our landlord, therefore this has been changed to include white plexiglass covers (this is what we are proposing at the Michigan Road location). -The rounded marquee entrance feature has been raised and squared at the top to match the "towers" on the DSW and Wild Oats stores located behind our site. -The previously proposed tan brick has been changed to the tan brick (Sioux City Brick; Dunes Grey Velour) used on numerous buildings within Clay Terrace. At the TAC meeting, Christine had mentioned changing the tan brick we had previously proposed to red brick used on other buildings in Clay Terrace. After driving through Clay terrace, I noticed that 4/23/2007 Page 2 of2 a number of the buildings have tan brick and we have changed our plans to the same brick that has been used in Clay Terrace and therefore, we are not introducing another color to the Development. -The building elevations now match the site plan as it relates to the dumpster enclosure/service yard layout. -The final change, which I believe is the one you will find most important, is that we have added a patio on the Clay Terrace Boulevard elevation of the building.
