HomeMy WebLinkAboutD-1855-07 Add Approp. MVH/Engr SPONSORS: Councilors Carter and Sharp ORDINANCE D-I855-07 AS AMENDED AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL. INDIANA. AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND TO THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, an amount of $551 ,000 is needed to cover the unanticipated expenses in the 2007 Budget of the Department of Engineering for the construction multiple multi-use paths; and WHEREAS, the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund has excess funds in the amount of Five Hundred Fifty One Thousand Dollars ($551,000) to appropriate to the line item(s) for the unanticipated expense( s).
