AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND TO THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, an amount of $551 ,000 is needed to cover the unanticipated expenses in the 2007 Budget of the Department of Engineering for the construction multiple multi-use paths; and WHEREAS, the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund has excess funds in the amount of Five Hundred Fifty One Thousand Dollars ($551,000) to appropriate to the line item(s) for the unanticipated expense( s).
