The Project consist ofthree (3) buildings, with one (1) curb cut located off of Pennsylvania Parkway and two (2) curb cuts located off of City Center Drive. Building Two is currently under construction. The underlying zoning classifications allows for three (3) Ground Identification Signs with a maximum square footage of75 SF per sign. Building Two is allowed one (1) Directory Sign with a maximum square footage of20 SF. Building Three, since it has two (2) Main Entrances, is allowed two (2) Directory Signs with a maximum square footage of20 SF each. This Petition does not include Signage for Building One. Each Sign incorporates the same materials as the buildings, concrete and aluminum, consistent with the requirements of the Carmel Signage Ordinance. Each Sign will have a Landscape bed equal to the square footage for each sign, consistent with the requirements of the Carmel Signage Ordinance.
