To Whom It May Concern:
Worldwide Motors was awarded one of fIfty-two Smart Car dealerships in the United
States.
The 2 story portion of the building is now to be turned into the Smart Car dealerships
with the exterior being renovated per the elevations in this package. ,There are a few
minor site changes which include the following: added landscaping, lighting, and
highlighted car display areas for Smart Car.
In the northwest comer of the property Miranda Construction Group will remove the
recessed dock and do various things to fix the existing drainage problem. We will be
installing a storm sewer system and a concrete swale in the existing drainage ditch.
We have included in this packet the. purposed signage for Smart Car which will be
applied for in the next month.
