Pinal site inspection indicates the trees on the site were planted with 87% accuracy, in

Final site inspection indicates the shrubs on the site were planted with 0% accuracy, in
terms of shrub genus and location.
Final site inspection indicates the trees on the site have been under planted by 5%, in
terms correct or incorrect genus and location.
Final site inspection indicates an additional 77 shrubs, not shovm on the plan have been
planted.
Final site inspection indicates that 70 Boulevard Street trees are lacking in addition to the
figures and calculations above. The boulevard trees were listed as part of the "Home
Landscaping" as a commitment during negotiations, received in letter by Scott Brewer
January 28, 2002 from Centex Homes Rodney A Muller, Land Development Project
Manger.
