It was not realized by person taking in
permit that there was a covered pavilion
/porch area, and that this was not just
a deck. The clan reviewer did not
catch that the permit type was
catagorized incorrectly in the computer
system. So, when fees were assessed,
they were not assessed as the correct
fee types/amounts. Because this was
our error, we will not reassess the
builder for the additional fees.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release- All construction
must be completed (CJO issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
