Rnngeline Road - Barker Residence: 07070066SDR Dear Sarah: As a follow-up to our meeting of earlier today. I wanted to provide your office with a brief explanation of why the proposed construction to 650 N. Rangeline Road, Carmel, IN 46032 ("Real Estate) is exempt from Commercial Design Release Requirements of the State of Indiana under *GAR 675 IAC 12-6-4 er, seq. The Real Estate is currently owned by David J. Barker, as an individual, and the Real Estate has been through the DP/ALDS approval program end approved for improvements by the Plan Commission on July 197 2005 under docket # 053020043 for purposes of leasing the first floor of the Real Estate to Barker Lain Offices. As a part of such approval it was understood that the Real Estate would be expanded in the future (upstairs added on) for use as a residence. The time has now come that 1 am wanting to add a bedroom as a second floor for purposes of allowing my nephew to reside there while he attends I11PUL The balance of the Real Estate will remain unchanged and unaffected and 1 will continue to lease the first floor to Barker Law Offices. Please contact the undersigned with any questions and please utilize this letter as an explanation as recited above and provide the building permits as requested for construction.
